How to submit a request
To request deletion of your FreeLife account and related data, send an email to firmawerkkraft@gmail.com with the subject Delete account / FreeLife account deletion.
Please include in the email:
- the current email address of the account to be deleted;
- either the current password of that account or a screenshot from the working app showing the main account screen with your expenses or other account data visible, so we can match the request to the account.
What will be deleted
We will delete the FreeLife account and related user data within 30 days after receiving the request unless retention is required by law, for fraud prevention, protection of rights, security, or dispute resolution.
What may be retained
Certain data may be retained temporarily if required by mandatory law, security, anti-fraud mechanisms, dispute resolution, accounting, or tax obligations.
Important
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete the account. For an external deletion request, include the current account email and either the current password or a screenshot from the working app showing the main account screen with your expenses or other account data visible.
